    Water has forced the closure of shops in a Lower Hutt mall


    Queensgate Shopping Centre says the water's seeped in from rooftop carpark resurfacing and significant rainfall.

    Farmers, Lavender and Stewart Dawsons are closed.

    Queensgate has apologised for the inconvenience - and says it'll be working hard to reopen the stores as soon as possible.
