More young and inexperienced drivers are being killed in police chases than any other group - and a youth health expert says something needs to change

This comes after three young Christchurch teens were killed on Sunday night in a fiery crash when they hit police spikes.
Paediatric doctor and Youth Hub founder Sue Bagshaw says young drivers panic more easily and struggle to make good decisions under pressure.
She says there need to be changes to accommodate this.
Bagshaw says New Zealand needs to find a solution - other than continuing to chase people to their deaths.
