    Female tradies are being hammered by the gender pay gap


    A survey of the country's blue collar workers has found female tradies are on average earning 20 percent, or five dollars an hour less, than the median of 25 dollars an hour.

    The survey of ten thousand workers in the industrial,trade,manufacturing, logistics and hospital sectors was carried out by One Staff.
