    Cashmere residents in Christchurch have awoken to find a local playground surrounded by police tape


    The Cashmere View Playground has been cordoned off this morning while a police investigation is underway.

    A police spokesperson says they're investigating an incident between parties known to each other - and everyone involved is being spoken to.
