Name suppression has been extended for an elderly female driver accused of killing a motorcyclist - due to concerns for her safety

The 72-year-old reappeared in the Wellington District Court this morning.
She's been charged with careless driving causing the death of Samuel Jackson-Seligman-Lemaire. .
The 25-year-old, who has Black Power connections, died in December when the woman allegedly crashed into him while driving the wrong way on State Highway One near Johnsonville.
Judge Peter Hobbs says he's received reports of threats having been made to the woman.
For that reason name suppression will continue until her next appearance in February.
