New Zealand's largest school is taking a stand against distracting devices

Rangitoto College will enforce a headphone ban this year and limit student access to wifi.
A newsletter to parents also says phones must be placed in a box during class time.
Principal Patrick Gale says it's because students' grades are being impacted.
He says it's about ensuring students realise what they're in class for.
Gale says students are well aware that using their phone in class prevents them from making progress.
