A hint that some progress may be being made, despite another strike by junior doctors

A hint that some progress may be being made, despite another strike by junior doctors

They're walking off the job for a third 48-hour strike, beginning at 8am.

However, Resident Doctors' Association senior advocate David Munro says both doctors and DHBs reported having better discussions at the most recent mediation.

He says the junior doctors remain determined.

Munro says junior doctors find their protections very important, and the DHBs are starting to see the importance in that.
