    Ma'a Nonu believes his experience playing in Europe will put him in good stead ahead of his return to Super Rugby


    The 36 year old former All Black has returned to the Blues after three seasons in France at Toulon.

    He says the Top 14 and the Champions Cup is a brutal competition in Europe and he learnt a few things playing week in and week out.

    Nonu has expressed a desire to make the All Blacks World Cup squad.

    Meanwhile the Hurricanes will be without lock Sam Lousi for the a chuck of the Super Rugby season after suffering a pectoral muscle injury.
