    Paddy Woods is a man of few words - after having a murder charge against him thrown out

    The decision was made at the High Court in Wellington today as he was due to stand trial for strangling his girlfriend - Zena Campbell.

    She was found dead in a car in Aro Valley the day after a party.

    Woods told police she encouraged him to place her in a choke hold as part of their sexual activity.

    But new evidence shows it's possible Zena died from a drug overdose rather than

    Outside court, Woods wasn"t ready to speak because the situation was too fresh.
