Lawmakers need to think carefully about cannabis reforms - to protect vulnerable young people

A new research review released this morning suggests a strong link between using cannabis during adolescence, and developing major depression, anxiety and suicidal behaviour.
Deputy director of the Christchurch Health and Development Study Dr Joe Boden says with cannabis law reforms on the way - we need to be mindful.
He says we need to keep the drug out of young people's hands by instituting a minimum age of purchase.
