    A pedestrian is in a critical condition after being struck by a truck, north of Blenheim


    They were struck near the intersection of Hillocks and Rapaura Roads in Spring Creek just after 6 this morning.

    Rapaura Road is closed between Cravens Road and State Highway 1.

    Meanwhile, Police are investigating a fatal crash near Whangarei Airport about 6.45 last night.

    They're also investigating a crash at Reporoa, near Taupo - also a fatal - about 8.30pm.
