Shaun Johnson's future may not be certain - but he won't be playing for the Warriors this season

The halfback has signed for the Sharks for the upcoming NRL season, but ongoing salary cap concerns at his new club could see him needing to find another club before the season starts.

Johnson left the Warriors last season after the club failed to offer him an extension - leading to his request for a release.

When asked if the Warriors could be interested in re-acquiring Johnson, coach Stephen Kearney was quick to reject the idea.
