The Biosecurity Minister is expediting checks of traps, as another fruit fly has been found on Auckland's North Shore

A second male Queensland fruit fly has been discovered in Northcote.
Damien O'Connor says they are ramping up the response and will check hundreds of traps within in the North Shore by the weekend.
He says they're taking prudent steps to tackle this biosecurity threat head on.
