    How much would you pay for a head of cauliflower?


    The cost of Brassica crops - including broccoli and cauliflower - are among those to see the biggest price jump over the past few weeks.

    A head of cauliflower costs up to 10 dollars at some New Zealand supermarkets.

    Horticulture New Zealand General Manager John Seymour says growers have been battling the dry weather conditions.

    He says last year it was the rain causing havoc - now there's not enough of it.
