The tourists have defeated the hosts by 35 runs, marking the first time they have battled back from 2-nil down to win a five-match ODI series.
The three confidence-building victories have come after Australia had won four of their past 26 completed one-dayers.
Usman Khawaja scored 100 and Peter Handsomb 52 in a total of 272 for nine.
Handscomb says they're on the up.
Australia now travel to Dubai for a five-match ODI series against Pakistan.
