The Wellington Phoenix have added academy player Ben Waine to their full-time squad for the remainder of the A-League season

The Wellington Phoenix have added academy player Ben Waine to their full-time squad for the remainder of the A-League season

The midfielder has been representing the Phoenix reserves in the ISPS Handa Premiership.

Phoenix coach Mark Rudan says Waine isn't the only one who could be promoted.

He says Willem Ebbinge and Tuyi Byamana could also be added as it's a chance to develop them further.

The Phoenix face the Western Sydney Wanderers tomorrow.
