Gatland's secured his third Six Nations grand slam as Wales coach following a 25-7 win over Ireland in Cardiff.
Gatland's in the midst of his final season in charge, with his tenure to finish after the World Cup in Japan.
He says the players have been immense.
Gatland says he's pretty proud of what himself and the rest of the coaching team have achieved, it's been special.
England and Scotland have played out a pulsating 38-all draw, while France have beaten Italy 25-14.
