    An inquiry into Friday's terror attacks is expected to be useful


    It will look into whether red flags were missed by the SIS, GCSB, Police, Customs or Immigration.

    Wellington barrister Graeme Edgeler says there's a good prospect the inquiry will find something that will be of use to Government departments.

    He says often they realise they've missed something, didn't think of doing it, or didn't think they were allowed to do it.
