The Warriors forward has been charged with a grade one dangerous contact with the head or neck, following a crusher tackle in his side's NRL loss to the Wests Tigers.
Due to carry over points, he faces at least a two week ban, regardless of his plea, barring a successful appeal at the judiciary.
Meanwhile, South Sydney forward Liam Knight will fight a chicken wing charge at the NRL judiciary on Tuesday night.
Knight had been charged with a grade two dangerous contact offence - for which he was set to miss one week - but he is disputing the grading.
