Mainzeal creditors are being told not to hold their breath
27 March 2019

Dame Jenny Shipley, Clive Tilby and Peter Gomm, are appealing the High Court decision ordering them to pay a total of 36-million dollars.
Liquidator Andrew Bethell of BDO says they'll be working with their legal team over the next few days to determine the best action they can take for creditors.
But he says unfortunately it means it's going to be more time until they get their compensation.
