Further delays for patients with appointments at Christchurch's new outpatients building

It's been closed since last Friday - when a heating pipe burst, activating the fire sprinkler system causing significant damage to walls, floors and ceilings.
The 72-million dollar building only opened to patients in October.
Around four thousand appointments have been postponed.
CDHB Chief Executive David Meates says despite extraordinary efforts, the building will be closed until at least Monday week.
