A couple of notable absentees at Warriors training at Mount Smart Stadium

A couple of notable absentees at Warriors training at Mount Smart Stadium

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Having missed the loss to the Rabbitohs, halfback Blake Green has been absent as he recovers from a groin strain that ruled him out just before kick off last weekend.

Centre Solomone Kata continues to nurse a corked thigh.

The Warriors team to face the Cowboys is named later this afternoon.

Fringe All Blacks hooker Liam Coltman has re-signed with New Zealand Rugby and the Highlanders for a further three seasons.

Coltman, who has played four tests off the bench since his debut in 2016, will stick around until 2022.

Rafael Nadal has hailed Tiger Woods as an inspiration following the American's Masters triumph.

The Spanish tennis star is no stranger to returning from injuries to conquer the court and starts his clay season tonight at the Monte Carlo Masters having recovered from his latest knee injury.

Nadal says Woods has been his favourite sportsman and he's full of admiration for what he's achieved.

Mexico has been added to the list of fixtures for the Football Ferns ahead of their FIFA Women's World Cup campaign in June.

The Ferns will warm up against the US, Mexico, England and Wales.
