    An expert says the building sector has needed change for years


    The Government's proposing its biggest changes to the Building Act in 15 years.

    They include safer durable buildings, a high performing building sector, and more efficiency in our regulatory system.

    Registered Master Builders CEO, David Kelly, expects debate over the proposed changes, but there needs to be a solution.
