Timaru police are appealing for information about a member of the South Canterbury Olympic wrestling club

The 56-year-old Timaru man has been charged with indecent assault, and having indecent communications with a person under 16.

He was arrested last week and remanded in custody until May 9.

Detective Senior Sergeant - Richard Quested - says the inquiry is ongoing and it's possible there are further victims.
