The number of confirmed measles cases in the city has risen to 21.
Auckland Regional Public Health Service says three of those infected - a 10-month old, 18 year old, and 35 year old - live in West Auckland.
The fourth person is a 35-year-old from Central Auckland.
Medical Officer of Health Dr William Rainger says they are still contacting people known to have been exposed to these people while infectious.
Measles has hospitalised 13 Aucklanders this year, and more than 16-hundred people are being contacted for possible exposure.
