    Captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is out with a hamstring injury, as is halfback Blake Green with his ongoing groin issue.

    Gerard Beale moves from the wing to fullback with centre Pita Hiku replacing him on the far right edge, with Blake Ayshford into the three jersey.

    Backrower Tohu Harris replaces Green in the halves.
