    Police have this evening recovered a man's body off Mayor Island in the Bay of Plenty

    Police have this evening recovered a man's body off Mayor Island in the Bay of Plenty


    The body was located and reported to Police by people out on a recreational boat at around 3.30 this afternoon.

    Formal identification has still to be carried out, but Police believe it's missing man Gordon Nicholson.
