Former Warriors coach Tony Kemp has warned against the franchise signing Kodi Nikorima from Brisbane

Speculation in Australian media suggests the Warriors could bolster their halves stocks this week or next.

The Courier Mail says Nikorima could leave the Broncos with the Warriors scrambling to cover Blake Green's injured absence.

Kemp says Nikorima's played well for the Kiwis on occasion, but he's no Shaun Johnson.

He says Nikorima's a $300,00--$400,000 player rather than being worth a million bucks which leads him to believe they mightn't have much money in the coffers.

Channel Seven is reporting the Broncos haven't heard anything from the Warriors since the off-season.
