Questions are being raised over what it's going to take to improve road safety

Questions are being raised over what it's going to take to improve road safety

Eight people were killed in a head-on collision yesterday morning, bringing the April road toll to 45 - the highest in a decade.

Professional racing driver Greg Murphy says more support and resource needs to be put into upskilling drivers.

He says a lot of people can't be bothered spending time and money on driving courses.

But Greg Murphy says more effective driver training and more frequent license testing is essential.
