Auckland's City Rail Link bosses have gone cap in hand to the Council to ask for more money

Councillors are deciding today whether to approve a 500-million-dollar cash injection for the project.
The bill for the downtown rail tunnels has increased to 4.4 billion dollars - one billion more than first thought.
City Rail Link chairman, Sir Brian Roche, says they don't like having to ask for more money, but that's the reality.
He says it's not surprising the cost has increased, but it's very disappointing.
