A woman with terminal cancer wants screenings and tests readily available for anyone

A Herald investigation has revealed more than 15-million dollars has been paid out in the last five years to cancer patients who were misdiagnosed or who weren't diagnosed quickly enough.
Toni Adie-Kinraid's bowel cancer wasn't caught soon enough and she says changes need to me made, to make sure it doesn't happen to others.
She says everyone should have access to the screenings and tests they need.
