Former chairman of two DHBs - Gregor Coster - says New Zealand could only benefit from a drastic decrease in District Health Boards.

Coster thinks there should be about six DHBs that cover the country - similar to Wales, which, with a similar population, has seven health boards.
He says it's important to remember proper changes to the health system will take time.
