Thirty-year-old Jason Trembath was one of two men found not guilty of rape in the Napier District Court today

But earlier this year, he had pleaded guilty to 11 charges of indecently assaulting woman.
His name suppression was lifted today.
In relation to this week's rape case, he had previously pleaded guilty to making an intimate visual recording, which was shared on Facebook.
The other man, Joshua Pauling, was also found not guilty of rape, and pleaded not guilty to being party to the visual recording.
