It's been found in breach of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights.
The man in his fifties needed daily medication for coronary vascular disease, and twice-daily pills for HIV.
Corrections failed to administer the drugs - on a number of occasions.
Missed doses of HIV medication can have significant long- term implications.
Corrections says it's made changes - and has apologised to the man.
