    Ryan Fox and Danny Lee to start first rounds at PGA Championship in New York

    Ryan Fox will have a morning start and Danny Lee gets underway in the afternoon local time for the first rounds at the year's second golf major, the PGA Championship in New York


    Fox is grouped with American Aaron Wise and Japan's Shugo Imahira, starting from the 10th tee after Tiger Woods, Francesco Molinari and Brooks Koepka .

    Lee plays alongside Americans Michael Thompson and Justin Bertsch off the first tee.

    Another marquee grouping has Rory McIlroy, Jason Day and Phil Mickelson together.
