    Selwyn police have tracked down a car which rammed a police car earlier today - but the driver is nowhere to be found


    The driver failed to remain stopped for police in Dunsandel around 2pm - hitting a patrol car and fleeing.

    A police spokesperson says a pursuit was started but abandoned soon after because of the manner of driving.

    They say the vehicle was located on a farm shortly after 5.

    Police say they've made extensive inquiries to find the occupants but haven't managed to do so yet.
