    Is a Black Caps batting coach still needed?


    Former New Zealand cricket captain Ken Rutherford's asked that question after the appointment of Peter Fulton to take over the role from Craig McMillan after the World Cup.

    Rutherford's unsure whether international players need that resource.

    He says it's more about talking to the batsmen and giving them the confidence to go out and play the way they want.
