David Parker's caused a snag in the controversial extension of Auckland's Queens Wharf

Auckland Council's pushing ahead with building a 90-metre fixed gangway and two concrete mooring structures - measuring 15-by-15-metres - fixed to the seabed.
But the Government co-owns 50 per cent of the wharf with the council - and the Environment Minister says it hasn't been asked for agreement to build the moorings.
David Parker has some issues he wants to work through with the council, but wouldn't comment further.
One point seven-million dollars has already been spent on professional fees for the moorings.
