    A woman killed in a quad bike accident in the Catlins on May 9 has been named


    She was 83-year-old Anne Shirley Mackenzie of Tokanui.

    Mackenzie was killed when her quad bike rolled on a farm in the remote Chaslands area.

    Police say Worksafe has been advised - and her death was referred to the coroner.
