A new study reveals seizures of marijuana in the U.S mail system have increased more than a thousand percent since 2013, and one in four employees are self reporting they go to work stoned.
Executive director of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association Jo McGuire says having no limit on the amount of THC has seen mental health issues skyrocket.
She wants to see measures taken to cap THC and preventing home grows that compete with the regulatory market.
