    Two people -- including a child -- have been injured in an early morning crash in Auckland's Te Atatu South


    A witness says 13, 14 and 15-year-olds were in a car when it crashed into street and traffic lights shortly before midnight.

    Fire crews spent an hour working to extricate people from the car.

    St John says one person was taken to Starship Hospital in a moderate condition.

    Another was taken to Auckland Hospital in a serious condition.
