Selectors have elected for form over experience recently, with both Adam Blair and Issac Luke, the club's two most capped players, filtering in and out of the match day squad.
Tuivasa-Sheck says both guys are professionals and haven't approached their exclusions negatively.
He says they're the kind of players that can take criticism, while it's also given younger, in form players an opportunity to step up.
The pair have been rewarded with Luke starting at hooker for the second straight week, while Blair's been named on the bench for Saturday's match against the Brisbane Broncos.
