A timeline for the Crusaders investigation remains up in the air

A timeline for the Crusaders investigation remains up in the air

An independent senior lawyer's been appointed to investigate several allegations of misconduct within the camp.

It's been alleged three players exhibited homophobic behaviour following their recent match in Cape Town.

And in a separate event, a woman's claimed another player spat beer at her and pinched her bum in a bar.

NZ Rugby independent complaints manager Steph Dyhrberg says it's hard to know how long the process will take.

She says it will depend on how much information and evidence is available.
