Business confidence is back to being the elephant in the room for the Government

Jacinda Ardern didn't mention the continued slump in confidence at all, as she addressed the Business NZ leaders' lunch today.

That's despite Ardern previously calling it a "flashing great neon sign".

But she says it's not her biggest concern any more... because it's not impeding our success as a country.
