    An emphatic start to the World Cup season for canoe sprint racer Lisa Carrington


    After dominating the K1 200 on the first day in Poland, Carrington has collected another two gold medals on day two.

    She's won the K1 500 by two and a half seconds, before joining Caitlin Ryan, Kayla Imrie and Aimee Fisher in claiming the K4 500.

    Ryan and Fisher have finished fifth in the K2 200, while Kurtis Imrie and Max Brown have had to settle for eighth in the men's K2 1000.
