    Jubilation for the Central Pulse

    Jubilation for the Central Pulse

They've won their first ANZ Premiership title after holding off the Northern Stars 52-48 in the grand final in Porirua.

Shooter Aliyah Dunn was immense, netting 40 of her 43 shots at goal.

The win is the first for the Pulse in three consecutive attempts and a maiden trophy for a Wellington-based team since domestic competition began in 1998.
