It appears Selina Gilfedder's cancer went undiagnosed for two years and she now only has six months to live.
ACC has written to her asking for nine more months to assess her case, but she says she won't agree to that.
Gilfedder could miss out on 130-thousand dollars' compensation, not including the money her family will be given.
She says she's lost wages, which has affected her ability to put food on the table, and is looking for some help with her treatment.
