A man arrested for allegedly confronting Christchurch mosque shooting survivors outside court just minutes after they saw the man charged with the March 15 terror attack has been granted bail

33-year-old Rodrick Woods allegedly played "Nazi music" and made racist remarks to victims following this morning's hearing for the accused gunman.

He's appeared in the Christchurch District Court this afternoon charged with behaving in an offensive manner.

Bail conditions include Woods to not go within 50 metres of either Masjid Al Noor or Linwood Mosque.

He asked the judge how he's supposed to bike home when he normally cycles past one of the mosques.

Judge Tom Gilbert told him to go the long way.
