Sydney Roosters and New South Wales skipper Boyd Cordner has been declared a starter for tomorrow's NRL clash with the Bulldogs as he battles an ankle injury
15 June 2019
Cordner picked up an ankle ligament injury in State of Origin one and has been on a restricted training schedule this week.
Roosters coach Trent Robinson says there is no fear of further damage and it's a matter of Cordner pushing through the pain.
The team for game two of State of Origin will be named shortly after the completion of the Roosters-Bulldogs match.
