The Football Ferns have been left frustrated by their latest performance at the women's World Cup in France

The Football Ferns have been left frustrated by their latest performance at the women's World Cup in France

New Zealand's lost 2-nil to Canada, in a game where they managed only two shots, none of which were on target, while they also had just 30 percent of possession.

Captain Ali Riley says they were outclassed.

The Football Ferns still could advance as one of the four best third placed teams, if they beat Cameroon on Friday and other results go their way.
